In January of 2002, after months of research and working on hydrogen innovations and applications. Founder, Ed Bless, established H₂ Solutions Inc. as a C-Corp in California. Several months later, we had the privilege to work alongside the United States Department of Energy and engage with national teams to assist in the construction of a U.S hydrogen infrastructure. During our partnership with the Department of Energy, we collaborated with others to promote developments in fuel cell technology.

While the popularity of hydrogen decreased with the rise of the lithium battery, our support of a clean hydrogen economy never wavered. After co-founding and serving on the Silicon Valley’s Clean Cities Coalition for five years, we shifted our focus from hydrogen to solar electric, continuing to do business as Blueline Solar Power, a licensed engineering, procurement, and construction company.
